I'm Kevin, a Seattle-based Vietnamese-American chef. Throughout Bass Canyon, I'll be cooking a small menu of burritos, Vietnamese comfort food, desserts, and a few surprise specials.
This page is my meal reservation so I know how much food to prepare before the festival. It helps me reduce waste, stay organized, and make sure everyone gets fed.
Reservations are flexible. I'll text everyone with our camp location and serving updates once we're set up.

Reservations help me estimate production and reduce food waste. They aren't tied to a specific pickup time—I'll text everyone when food is hot and ready. Generally, a lunch window runs from 11-3 pm, with about an hour after the show for late-night dinner.

Absolutely! Just include the total number of meals under one reservation. If you aren’t too sure, just guess! People are always hungry lol

The vegetarian burrito is available in limited quantities. If you have allergies, include them in the notes section, and I'll do my best to accommodate if reserved by Aug 9th.
